Q: Do you accept local pick up?

 

A: Yes, we do accept local pickup. To pick up your order from our office, all you have to do is select local pickup at check out. Local pick up is by appointment only during scheduled times. Once your order is complete you’ll get an email followed up by a text to organise collection. Art & Blade is located is Glen Iris, Western Australia. If you are unable to collect during scheduled pick up times please select one of our postage options. Our collection hours are as follows:

 

Monday: 9am - 2pm

Wednesday: 9am - 2pm

Friday: 9am - 2pm

Saturday - 10am - 12pm

Q: What is your current lead time?

A: Our products are certainly worth the wait. Art & Blade is a small business and everything is personalised, they do take some time to make. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed. 

Q: I haven't yet received a confirmation email? When will I receive one?

A: Our system automatically generates a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Sometimes our privacy settings can file these into your junk folder. If you have checked your junk folder and haven't received confirmation please contact us at artandblade@outlook.com.au

Q: Can you custom make something for me?

A: Sure we can! Art & Blade prides itself on custom & personalised designs. Please reach out to us via Facebook or email - artandblade.com.au
